These workouts are designed for those who are serious about getting better. The focus is on skill development through individualized teaching and training. Each participant will have a chance to grow her skill set while becoming equipped with drills and teaching points that can be worked on at home.
Note that online registration is not available for the workouts. Walk-in only and pay at the door.
